Determining My Weight Loss Goal

I really do not want to set a number as to how much weight I would like to lose. I think setting a number is irrelevant for what I hope to accomplish. So, instead I will work on other things:
- Lowering Blood Pressure
- Reducing and possibly getting rid of asthma
