Everyone knows that I love to receive comments on here. I think one of the best features of blogs is that readers can have a say to what an author wrote. That said, when you read and post a comment at Blogging Away Fat, you are agreeing to abide by the Comments Policy outlined below.

- This blog and all comments are public. Do not include anything private in nature in your comment such as address, full name, etc.).
- The author of a comment retains 100% copyright of their comment and they are solely responsible and liable for the contents of that comment.
- Blogging Away Fat has no obligation to take responsibility for comments.
- By posting a comment at Blogging Away Fat, you are giving Blogging Away Fat an irrevocable license to use, display, republish, sell, alter or delete your comment in any way and for any reason.
- A comment on Blogging Away Fat may not be edited or revoked by the author, since it is not the duty of Blogging Away Fat. Blogging Away Fat reserves the right to modify or withdraw comments at its own discretion for any reason.
- You may not reprint text from your own works or other copyrighted material, including news articles. You may link to them, but only if they are relevant to the topic at hand. Keeping the link in place is the sole decision of Blogging Away Fat.
- Blogging Away Fat is a family-friendly site. Any use of innapropriate or offensive language will be removed and if the commenter insists on leaving multiple comments using foul language will have their IP banned from this site.
- Name calling or personal attacks will not be tolerated and will be deleted immediately and the commenter’s ISP address will be banned from this site.
- Blogging Away Fat does not permit comment signatures containing website addresses. Comments with such will be edited to remove the website address.
