Mother’s Day Weekly Progress Weight Loss Update

First of all, to the Mothers out there I wish you a very happy Mother’s Day. My husband, I believe, is working on a nice breakfast and then we are going to go out and spend the day hiking and getting exercise.

I am happy to announce that I’ve lost more weight and that brings my two week weight loss total to 6 pounds. It may not seem like a lot, but I can already notice that it is a little easier walking around and I feel lighter.

Putting it in perspective, I am no longer carrying around a 3 Liter bottle of water everywhere I go (a liter of water weighs around 2.2 lbs). It’s amazing when you think of it that way.
