Nintendo DS “Face Training” Game Available in Japan
Need a better smile? Well, those in Japan can get a game for the Nintendo DS that can help you tone flabby cheeks and get that “fresh faced” look.
“The 16 types of exercises called “facening,” designed by beauty expert Fumiko Inudo, take about two to 10 minutes each to complete.

The game isn’t available in the US yet and as of yet there are no plans of yet to bring it here. I actually would be interested in this game, although I wouldn’t buy a Nintendo DS just to be able to play it. Sometimes, when I look at my face I wonder if there are exercises to help bring back the youthful look that is fading. My eyes are definitely starting to droop a little above my eyelids.
Now, if Nintendo decided to make something like this to supplement the Nintendo Wii Balance Board and Wii Fit, I think that would be great. Part of me really wants to try the Wii Fit and if this Face Training game was available, that would make it even more tempting.
Of course, no game system buying until we are out of debt ![]()

Cool post.
There are some facial exercises that you can do to prevent you from getting lines and look younger.
I don’t remember the technical term for them but I remember seeing Craig Kilborn do them on his show.
You basically just do it once per day and make funny faces, stretching your skin and muscles in all directions (ex: roll your mouth in a circular direction), using jaw muscles and whatnot to give them a little exercise that you do not get normally.

Wow, I’m not really sure about the whole facial excercise thing
