Weekly Weight Loss Progress: 22 Total Pounds Lost

This week’s weigh in was a little surprising to me. I thought for sure that my weight loss would have slowed down because of eating out and for my schedule being turned upside down due to relatives being in town (I skipped quite a few breakfasts). I definitely wasn’t a “good girl” this week.

But surprisingly I did lose 2.5 pounds since last week, bringing my total weight lost to 22 lbs. That’s almost 5 two liters of water that I am no longer carrying around!

Congratulations on your weight loss!! When you said you are not carrying around 5-2 liter bottles of water that really put it into perspective! WOW Most of us would have a problem carrying 5-2 liter bottles from the car to the house after getting groceries! Keep up the great work!

Incidentally would you be able to tell us what a day in the life of Tricia looks like in regards to what you are eating for breakfast, lunch, dinner and what kind of exercising you typically do during the day?

Or grab two 10-lb. sacks of flour or sugar. Can you believe you used to carry those puppies around all day?!
