Weekly Weight Loss Progress: 3 More Pounds Lost
After two weeks of gaining weight and my weight remaining constant, my body decided to shed a few more pounds. My weight is now at 231 pounds, bringing my total weight lost to 16.5 pounds.
I’ve been eating a lot better overall this week and keeping my calorie intake around 1200 to 1700 a day. I am still working on fitting in some exercise. It seems as though the weekend is always the best time to get outside. Yesterday we did a little bit of hiking and today we went walking along the beach.
Tomorrow, I am going to try something new. I am going to set my alarm at 7:00 a.m. and try my best to not hit the snooze button. After getting up, I’ll take care of a few morning things and then exercise for at least 30 minutes on my elliptical. Then I’ll go to work at 8:00 a.m.
By nature I am not a morning person. It will take everything I have to get out of bed earlier than I technically have to. I should be trying to get in my head that I don’t have a choice here. I have to get exercising on a daily basis.
