Weekly Weight Loss Progress - Down One Pound
Well, finally a change to report here on Blogging Away Fat. I know I haven’t been updating much. I told myself, though, that I would at least update my weight. Some sense of accountability is better than none!
I have lost one pound from last week. That brings my weight back down to 219 pounds. I haven’t exercised much this past week, so perhaps the weight loss is a result from the week before and the yard work I did. The time I had off work (that enabled me to do the yard work) was a glorious time. Last week it was back to the grind and working way longer hours than I’d like.
I still need to figure out how to better prioritize my time. When I look at my life as a whole, that is the biggest thing holding me back.

Thanking you in advance.
keep up the good work. It isn’t easy losing weight, and you gotta stick with it for the long haul. Keep at it!
I think that’s something we all struggle with (or I like to tell myself that anyway).
balance.
work live exercise LIVING balance.
Yard work, lifting kids, household chores, carrying groceries all provide the kind of activity that pumps up our metabolism in already busy schedules. It’s the up side to having a full life so perhaps you don’t need to prioritize your time. Exercise may be part of your life in ways you don’t even notice. Hang in there!

Hi Tricia It’s a world of ups and downs, but as long as you keep your eye on the ‘prize’ it will be mostly down! Soemtimes it is hard to stay motivated. I started the Be Naturally Fit community for my own motivation and a lot of other people are catching on for themselves and for others.
I would love it if you would consider adding your blog as inspiration to others!
Here’s the link!

Hi there, Keep it up. I love your honesty. I think people need to read an honest journal.
Have you tried supplements like Ephedra or Hoodia?
