Weekly Weight Loss Progress: No Change
There are no changes in my weight to report for this week. I can’t say I’m disappointed because I’m pretty glad it didn’t increase! Yay!
I have a feeling that by not tracking my calories, I am slowly going back to eating a little more portion-wise than I should. I’m currently trying to make more time for everything in my life and trying to get away from the computer more. Maybe I should go back to using FitDay as religiously as I was after I first discovered it.
I have a few things to update everyone on. I’ll do that with my next posting.

Hi there,
I read your debt blog most days, need plenty of inspiration, as i am chipping away at my debt also, credit card and a personal loan. Anyway, trying to trim down a bit from winter food (Australia and we have just entered spring). Anyway (again) have been reading a great book about losing weight, and thought it might be of interest to you, her website http://theclotheslinedietclub.com.au/index.html and her books, (website is a touch annoying because the text and images fade in, but aside from that the info is helpful). I like the keep it simple thing, i go a bit nuts and get diet mags and diet food, just go crazy really. And all it involves is more walking and smaller portions. Too simple. I forget that and have to be continually reminded. Anyway, good luck on the trimming down physically and finanially. Cheers, Deb

i found that for myself writing down everything on the computer took too much time. i keep a book with myself to write down what i’ve been eating. I notice that everytime i stop writing down what i’m eating (and spending) - i tend to increase my calories. Now that it’s fall, I want to encourage you to walk - whether in the am or pm - the colors will be turning and it’s a great cheap way to lose weight. Keep the faith!
