Weekly Weight Loss Progress - No Change

Stepping on the scale yesterday resulted in little change in my weight. I’m still sitting at 222.5 lbs.

I have more to say, but it would probably be better in another post. Be back shortly.

no change better than going up!

Don’t get down on yourself too much as some weeks eating healthy and exercising just does not workout. Keep it up and chin up.
