Weekly Weight Loss Progress - No Change
I was hoping to have witnessed a smaller number on the scale this morning but it wasn’t going to happen. My weight is steady at 220 for yet another week.
I haven’t been able to motivate myself to get back on the exercise plan I was on (elliptical in the morning - some swiss ball exercises at night). I did, however, manage to be more active outside last week. A few days I did yard work and one day I even did some painting outside. For me, any activity other than sitting in front of a computer is a good thing. It helped that I had some time off last week ![]()
