Weekly Weight Loss Progress - No Change

I was hoping to have witnessed a smaller number on the scale this morning but it wasn’t going to happen. My weight is steady at 220 for yet another week.

I haven’t been able to motivate myself to get back on the exercise plan I was on (elliptical in the morning - some swiss ball exercises at night). I did, however, manage to be more active outside last week. A few days I did yard work and one day I even did some painting outside. For me, any activity other than sitting in front of a computer is a good thing. It helped that I had some time off last week ;)

Remember we’re on a long journey to get where we want to go. One week or even one month is a small part of the story. Find that inspiration that clicks for you. You’re not the only one struggling with this. Take courage in that!

At least you are trying. I’ve been out of commission for the last two months. :)
