Weekly Weight Loss Progress: No Idea

Another weekend where I haven’t weighed myself. I wasn’t able to use my scale Sunday morning. Next week will be another two-week update.

I do have one update to report, though. I took my blood pressure on Saturday and what I saw looks promising:

119/74

That is a very normal blood pressure. It’s definitely not the 150/90s that I was getting before I started this journey (which categorized me under “hypertensive”).

Yes, I want to lose weight, but I also want a healthy heart. Seeing that my blood pressure had lowered just by eating healthier and getting more active makes me feel so good. What I am doing is working :)
