Weekly Weight Loss Progress - Up 2 Pounds
Yikes. I don’t like writing that I gained 2 pounds this week, but it’s the truth so I have to fess up and put it out there (although a few days late since my schedule is a bit off this week and I kept forgetting to weight myself first thing in the morning).
I didn’t exercise much at all last week. In fact, I was stuck in front of the computer most of the week. I have been eating well, though, so I have a feeling this week’s weight gain is due to some water retention.
Already this week, I’ve had at least one day of some activity. More on that in a little bit.

If you weighed yourself a few days late you might not have gained weight. I find if I weigh myself during the week my weights jump around quite a bit. There are just normal fluctuations you are going to go through during the week so I found weighing myself the same day each week (and roughly the same time) provides the best results.
